Something about this knife is whole. I can’t wait to see what comes next.

I cannot tell whether you’re typing “ai” or “AL”. The recurrent ambiguity may be symbolism/creativity on Blue’s part, but it still seems like some typographic misfortune

Me too??? Like it’s so powerful. Al has come so far from when she told Sulla that she “passes” and to “be smart”. She could have been shorter, slimmer, younger, anything she wanted, but to me it would have felt like a slap in the face if she had. She just wants to be herself and I’m crying.

Wait…
I think that’s the Blue Fairy.
That would fit so well…

I can’t begin to tell you what an incredible and novelistic work this is, I’m so thrilled for the people who get to read it all at once and catch all the continuity detail work and symbolism you’ve put into this project over the past 8 years.

That really makes sense and pulls on heartstrings. Sulla is her own person, but gets Al in a way most never can. Truly a loving mother-child+twin bond going on.

IDK. I think her body looks cis (though I have seen some pretty femme ladies who transitioned later in life)—not that it matters either way. Al is Al and she is she. We know she will be both gorgeous and powerful (inside and out). I’ve been blessed to know a few incredible older women who were like that, and hope I will become one in a few years and can pay it forward to some younger folks.

Oooo… I had thought she was just doing Sulla’s hair, but that would be so cool!
