Please don’t call Al a ‘he’, it’s unkind. Al is not a man and has said as much. If you can’t get behind calling Al’s feelings ‘their feelings’, you can work around the issue by talking about ‘these feelings’.

they both look like ghosts to themselves and its spooky as shit. my own dysphoria functions differently than sulla and al’s, but i remember that weird dislocated ‘who is that’ in the mirror that preceded realization and transition.

On the subject of composition, this is where the color scheme really starts to show it’s true beauty. I hope and wish the final 5-10 pages of the story are in either a color that is halfway between the blue of the present, and the orange of the backstory pages, or are in a format using both the orange and the blue at the same time.
