It makes perfect sense with everything we’ve seen from the bunch of friends (Neesha is headstrong as anything), from Sulla (doesn’t out Titus), from Titus (kind, bashful, crushing a bit?), and even from Gimel (nearly in Dalek mode to protect the family). And poor Brendan already stressed out, already trying to sort out unexpectedness, caught off guard entirely by all this and on the edge of a Heroic BSOD.
