Page 55. Be patient.
Speaking of patience, this will be the last 2017 update for O Human Star, which will return Monday January 8, 2018. This next month requires a lot of work on Meal, which is one of the reasons I’ll be stepping back for the next couple of weeks. There’s also the holidays, I guess, and my birthday. I’m 28 this week!
This week is also your last chance to place book orders before the holidays, so keep that in mind! As always, thank you for reading, and I’ll see you in the new year!
Thank you so much for keeping up with this comic.
I know live if complicated and you have so many others things to do.
(and holidays, yey! )
so I wanted to thank you. This story means a lot to me, and I’m happy that you are writing it.
So, happy holidays, and happy birthday!

I love Gimel, and I looooove this page.
“More tests! More tests!” Aww, cute!
I love how much more overtly enthusiastic Sulla is than Al through her entire development thus far. Which probably just goes to show how repressive and/or otherwise rotten Al’s childhood was.
Happy birthday and holidays! See you in 2018.
His reaction face in the last panel is unbearably bloody cute
Her. Even though she has not transitioned yet (or even opened up about it to Brendan), it’s important to refer to trans people’s past selves in their present pronouns.
Except the last panel is Brendan, not Sulla…?
Happy birthday, Blue!
this kid just wants to fly!!!
A good parent !
