SHE’S GOT HUMAN-LIKE LEGS NOW! I mean she used to have prosthetic legs that didn’t look human, so I’m guessing the technology that lets people interact with cybernetics has taken off quite a bit since the last time we saw her?

If it’s a child face, it should not matter. The only thing that is really obvious between different genders prior to puberty are the genitals. Everything else comes down to style and conditioning. Now, if he gives her a masculine-looking hairstyle (which he probably will), that will will be harder…
That is certainly an arm that demands to be noticed.
