Page 91. …oh.
There is a special cameo here that only people from Minneapolis will recognize. Can you spot him?
I’m also thrilled to announce that OHS is now receiving an Italian translation thanks to Em and Bianca over at Lime in the Coconut. Go give it a read if parlate italiano.
Aaaaaaaaaa! It’s happeningggg!
Can I just say a word about the composition of that first panel? No, I cannot. Because it has me speechless.
Alastair’s reaction is very telling…
This one of those “frozen moments” one reads about. Time seems suspended while the whole scene kinda sinks in. What’s next?
Now would be the perfect time to discover special invisibility powers
DO I SPY A LITTLE TWINKLE IN TY’S EYE
I THINK I DO
I live in Minneapolis and I can’t spot the cameo. What is it—constant road construction?
It’s local eccentric and man-about-town Scott Seekins!
Wouldn’t he be wearing white in winter?
Nope. Black in winter, white in summer.
Only the two protagonists are wearing anything black — everyone else is in blue. I think I might see the person you’re talking about, but I think you might need to update his colors.
It’s seems that, if you look at the reflection of Brendan’s car window, he’s behind Sulla. If that’s the case, she has no idea that he’s seen her and judging by his face, Brendan isn’t angry with her, he’s shocked and maybe even concerned.
now Al gets to the rails and drops away the remaining “debris” out of the way, realizing he is a robot and therefore probably stronger (?)… super-hero family! XD
Actually. Judging from the first panel. His right forearm might be missing.
Nope. Not missing. I see the hand peeking out. But judging from where he is looking in the last panel, it might be damaged.
Seekins!!!!!
By the look on Al’s face, he just remembered that there is supposed to be a train coming through.
I adore the composition and the choice to have Al and only Al in black!
Now I know we’re in an alternate universe, because 90% of that crowd (synths included) would have had a cell camera pointed at Sulla now. Poor kid. Now she has to deal with the aftermath of outing herself. Talk about your teen angst…
