Yes, Al, the Military is on the phone. They would love to talk to you about your work with AI robotics so they can .. er… um. Hmmm. Eclipse Phase anyone? Oh hey, I’m sure it’s a harmless application, why else would the people who specialize in the use of unmanned technology to kill people give you a call on the phone?

If Al values human life he should just hang up the phone and hope they don’t call back. If you don’t want to ‘do’ evil, like Google, then don’t get in bed with the frickking devil no matter how much money he offers you.

Revised First Commandment according to moi: Try not to invent new ways to kill people, as naivete, curiosity, and the pursuit of funding are no excuse whatsoever.

Poor Brendan! Though I don’t blame Al, he certainly isn’t the type to go ‘call me anytime you like I’m always free haha’. They NEED more staff. A secretary. Someone to manage contracts/quotes for them. They are the technical leads. Problem with starting a business is you end up doing 90% business stuff, 10% the stuff you actually wanted to do. Hurry up you two :P I know I post this on every page.
