And which one does everyone want to talk to?

Al on the other hand has been pretty calm with just a tad of curmudgeon mixed in. What I don’t like about Brendan’s ‘style’ is that he is always putting on a show, and beginning to look and sound frantic for his efforts. The moment that edge of desperation enters your voice, your customer loses all faith in you and wants to speak with someone else.
