Page 12. A dad moment.
New page will go up next Monday. And last Thursday’s announcement, if you missed it, was that I have launched a Patreon campaign for working on O Human Star and other myriad projects.
If you aren’t familiar with it yet, Patreon is a crowdfunding platform where folks contribute funds to an individual’s ongoing work instead of one particular project. Depending on how much you choose to pledge per month, you will get access to certain cool things, like Patreon-exclusive sketches, sneak-peeks and PDFs.
Now, I need to emphasize, O Human Star will always be free to read online, for everyone. This Patreon will just give me the chance to create the best comic I can, at a pace that makes sense for my schedule, while still being able to communicate with my readers and show them cool stuff. This will also give you a chance to help support my work, if you so choose, in a way that really does make a huge difference to me. No matter whether you can pledge or not, I appreciate your enthusiasm and your support. Thank you so much.

I SOOOO AGREE!
Aw, I love that Brendan isn’t jealous, I was kinda expecting him to be like Mahhhhh my daughter why you bonding, but this is actually really sweet and I’m so into it
I love that Al just kinda fell into parenting here, after perhaps arguing with Brendan in the past about whether they should have a family. Thank you Al, for being chill even though you are grumpy.
this is a really sweet moment. It’s nice to see Brendan try to include Al in the family life little by little.
Also they should totally kiss in the next page, just sayin’.
It is a sweet moment. But it also means something else can happen with Brendan while Al is away, like discovering something in the data from the previous day’s tests, or getting a visit from some shadowy character from the past.
I do agree with Dengarde’s and Tal’s idea however. Brendan soooooo needs to take Al on a bedroom test-drive. It would be good for both of them, as long as they crank up the sonic privacy fields so Sulla’s sharp ears don’t hear anything.
I just really want them to hug. Sooo much right now.
I’ve been rereading this comic, and I have a hunch about who created this Al: I bet somehow, Brendan got neuron-emulated and that AI is the one who created Al.
First read through, I’m agree with you that I think a Brendan created Al. Not which Brendan, however.
