In reply to G. S. Maybe. As far as I can tell from a quick lazy-man's search of Wikipedia, there aren't any historically famous Titus'sesesis who were associated closely with Sulla. There were two Tituses who were famous enough to have their own articles who lived around the same time as Sulla, one of whom was a philosopher and writer associated with Cicero, and the other was a general who was tied to Gaius Julius Caesar. So I'm assuming this is more of a general historical reference. If we're going balls-deep on it, I'm assuming this Titus will die within two in-comic years from a random illness just like the Emperor did.
