In reply to Vicky. I think the ballerina's not just supposed to move, but also supposed to respond to motion, like Al's hand in front of her, and react to it, which she did by taking his thumb and dancing.

I love this, but I’m not sure what’s going on with the glove. Is the glove controlling the ballerina? Because Al’s hand motions don’t seem to relate to the ballerina’s movement..

I was kinda hoping Brendan would confront Al about his weird behavior, but the minute I saw that smile…

Al’s just so happy in the last two panels. Hopefully this means he’s rethought the his intention to fire Brendan.
