ive been reading this over the past few weeks and the final two chapters made me cry. riveting and super resonant, this feels so impossibly up my alley from the start and was so full of interesting details and choices that made me happy – as a robotics nerd, as a philosophy nerd, as a trans nerd with big feelings. i laughed and cried and just, loved every second. thank you for this incredibly moving, excellent comic, and the adventure it took me in. it’s been a privilege to live within its pages. it’s so beautiful to see a story about trans women written with such heart and beauty, subtlety, nuance, and above all – love. thank you, thank you, thank you

Jeez, even re-reading it now after so long I kind of missed how even Al’s cause of death ties to the themes of this story.

I read this when it was coming out, and it has always stayed somewhere in the back of my mind. A masterwork, with a strong emotional thru-line and an incredible ending. Thank you.

I just read through the entirety of this, it really impressed me, both from a story standpoint, as well as execution – the pacing, framing, even the ‘invisible’ stuff like panel work felt beautifully crafted. I will say it did leave me wanting a bit more, as I wanted to see how Al adjusted, but I understand that may be a different story.

I think I’ll go check out some of the other stories, now.

Ah. Maybe that Sulla is batter copy of Al that anyone imagine.

That both a very brilliant and very funny twist. Hat off for that.
